The Locksmith and Machine Industry Maintenance Co-operative was established with 14 members.

The Co-operative bought the current site.
Building of car service.
Extension of office building.
Production was successful and profitable, we manufactured unique metalware products to domestic and export markets.

The Co-operative mainly performed service activity under name of Universal Service Industry Co-operative, Orosháza.
We established 3 sister companies because of widening our profile.
In 1977 change of name happened, main profile of the co-operative became the service for inhabitants.

As the legal successor of the previous Companies we changed to a German-Hungarian Joint Venture, with German share of 1/3 under name of EURO-UNIOR.  

Since then we have been working as a Hungarian private Company limited with Hungarian share of 100% as the legal successor of the former Company has worked continuously since 1957.
